My alarm didn't fire.
Make sure WAKE UP has Notifications, Background App Refresh, and Critical Alerts enabled. Then set a test alarm 2 minutes out to confirm. If it still fails, email us with your iOS version.

Pose detection needs decent lighting and your full upper body in frame. Prop your phone at floor level, ~3 feet away, with the front camera angled up.
How do I cancel Premium?
Premium is billed via Apple. Open Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions → WAKE UP → Cancel. Your access continues until the end of the period.
